DIVORCE COURT SEASON 28 - BOOKED STUDIO AUDIENCE MEMBERS
IMPORTANT: Please Read All the Information Below Before Your Booking for Divorce Court Season 28!

- THE AUDIENCE CHECK-IN PROCESS BEGINS PROMPTLY AT CALL TIME. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY.
AUDIENCE CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL:
- Location: Georgia Public Broadcasting
260 14th St. NW
Atlanta, GA 30318 - Parking: Turn into the parking garage. The gate will go up automatically. Park on the 6th floor of the garage and check in with Audience PA Logan on the 6th floor. Please report to the GPB elevators on the 6th Floor, not the Georgia Tech elevators. Please see photos – PHOTO 1, PHOTO 2.
- Important: If you’re being dropped off, still check in on Level 6.
- Check-in begins promptly at your call time.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
- ID: Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
- Audience members must be 18 or older.
DURATION & COMFORT:
- Taping will last approximately 11 hours (with 8 show cases).
- Food & Drinks: Production will provide bagels or muffins in the morning, sandwiches for lunch, and water and snacks during the day.
- Dietary restrictions: Please bring your own lunch if you have specific dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan).
MANDATORY DRESS CODE
- Upscale business attire or modern courtroom attire is required. Neat and well-fitted clothing.
- Colors: Bright, jewel-toned colors, blues, grays, and earth tones are recommended. Emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, amethyst purple, and topaz yellow. CLICK HERE FOR COLOR EXAMPLES
Do NOT wear: Black, dark-colored tops, white clothing, or anything with logos. No bright whites or loud colors, no black or dark navy. No tan, beige, bone, cream, or pale yellow. Avoid busy patterns and stripes. Avoid flashy accessories. - Women: Button-up shirts, business suits, no short skirts or dresses, flat shoes.
- Men: Sweaters, button-up shirts, slacks, no shorts or tank tops.
HAIR/MAKE-UP GUIDELINES
- Arrive camera-ready—well-groomed hair and makeup, with simple hairstyles.
- Facial hair should be well-groomed (e.g., beards, mustaches, brows).
PAYMENT
- Flat rate of $100 for 11 hours of participation (lunch break is unpaid).
- Any additional hours past the 11-hour mark will be compensated at $10/hour.
- You will complete a W-9 and audience release on set.
- Payment will be mailed via check approximately 4–5 weeks after the taping date.
- Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your Social Security number (or valid taxpayer identification number) for payment processing.
PAYROLL INFORMATION
- All Audience Members are engaged and paid by Lincolnwood Drive, LLC.
- If you have not received payment within 4–5 weeks after your taping date, please contact ac********@**********rt.com.
- Hylton Casting, LLC is not responsible for payroll or payment-related matters and cannot assist with payment inquiries or disputes.
SET RULES & SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES:
- No gum chewing while on camera.
- No cell phones on set (please leave them in your car or use available lockers).
- No photos, videos, or social media posts regarding the show.
- Please do not approach talent during the taping.
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Confidentiality is key—any information regarding the show is strictly confidential.
- No weapons, drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances. Security is on-site.
- No guests allowed.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:
- Notify us ASAP by emailing au******@***********ng.com with the subject “Cancellation” if you need to cancel your booking.
BOOKING POLICY:
- Overbooking: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or late arrivals, production may overbook to ensure adequate audience attendance. A confirmation email does not guarantee entry. Seating is limited and managed by production. Once full capacity is reached, no additional audience members will be admitted.Please note, check-in is required upon arrival. If you are not checked in before production reaches capacity, you may be asked to leave and will not be eligible for compensation.
- Cancellation: The production reserves the right to cancel or adjust any aspect of your booking at any time. If canceled, no compensation or reimbursement will be provided. Please check your email prior to arrival for any updates.
